Just because the goverment of the USA and individual actors in the USA are trying to influence and manipulate the rest of the world doesnt mean everything is connected to everything or in other words keep your tinfoil in the kitchen as long as you dont have concrete evidence.

Just look at how the accounts of nazi generals shaped the way historians understood the war of Nazi Germany against the Soviet Union. All the myths, like the clean Wehrmacht or that the soviets just overwhelmed the nazis with superior numbers and no tactic, strategy or logistics at all was coined, popularized and published by nazi generals. And these guys are one of the most famous losers in history.
