In Antwerp, the city and police aim to expand the existing camera network with 107 new sites. At 56 locations, ANPR cameras will be installed for police purposes, and 51 cameras will also monitor car-sharing clusters to combat illegal parking. The plans still need to be approved by the municipal council.
