How is selling stuff that’s below the de minimis threshold “abusing” it?
They have taken apart and reclassified a lot of stuff that was above the threshold, to get it illegally below it.
Who puts it back together?!
They aren’t taking apart assembled products, but orders and items that can easily be disassembled. They also under-value alot of their imports to get below the threshold.
