People have already mentioned many of the good brands, so I’ll give a shout-out to Björnsted. Especially if you like dark chocolate.
Tony’s Chocolonely, based in Amsterdam.
I love Tony’s but I don’t know if it is because of how thick the bar is or if it is how irregular and hard to snap the chunks are (and the taste) but I find it so much harder to eat in moderation.

Anything Scandinavian. I spent 2 weeks in Norway when I was in the Navy, and I’ll never go back to American chocolate. Flavorless brown wax.
Fazer from Finland. Maybe Panda from Finland, if I want something more eastery, but those are much more sweet and less chocolatey.
I like Lindt, but the increase in cocoa prices have made it difficult to justify spending $5 on a small chocolate bar.
Cocoa is (almost) as cheap as 10 years ago.

This is one of those cases in consumer goods where the price goes up, then doesn’t come back down since they can get away with charging more.
aldi has a saltet caramel and a raspberry dark chochlate. Thats the shit.

Danish Anthon Berg is good and they have some Easter themed chocolates, like chocolate eggs. I also like Fazer from Finland.
Honestly, anything fair trade.
Galler from Belgium is pretty amazingI’m not a big fan of chocolate, they all taste mostly the same to me. So the few times I buy chocolate I go for proximity and pick Valor. Again, no idea if it is good or not.
Le Chocolat by Alan Ducass for fancy, Gepa 95% for every day.
Ritter Sport Although they do not offer any Easter bunnies or eggs.
