The best way to handle that is to anticipate it, and be ready with a plan for those who are inconvenienced by the new solution. The worst thing to do is to abandon a good solution that helps the vast majority, because a few have an issue with it.
I’m just saying the impact of inconvenience to 1000 people is about the same as the bigger impact people with less means feel of 100 people.
