i see people remark on this, but it’s an extremely normal last name here.

we have a whole suite of ethnicity-type last names:

Horvát = croat

Tóth = slovak

Rácz and Szerb = serb

Lengyel = polish

Németh = german

Oláh = romanian

so of course there’s also Magyar
