No, I do not believe such a thing will happen in this point of time or the near future.
It is hard to justify the killing of a country’s own populace even because of their ideology and there will be always violent actions and extreme propaganda that would precede that.
The conditions for that to happen are not there, Americans think Communism was a threat of the cold war and are too busy focusing on “Islamic terrorism” to see Communism as a threat in present time.
