Man, between the price of “business casual” work clothes, plus bad eating habits from when I was younger working physical jobs, and a mentally exhausting desk job with long hours… my only clothes left that fit are work clothes.

All my “favorite” shirts etc are in a box, with the aspirational hope that I’ll find the energy to start eating better and work the weight off. Someday. Right now raising my toddler is a bigger priority, at least until she’s old enough to not require constant hands on attention.

Not trying to have a pity party, just saying that if you have enough clothes that still fit you to have favorites that can disappear without you noticing immediately the next time you do laundry, you’ve got something to be happy about!
