I seldom ever go to thrift stores anymore because they now charge $5 for a used T-shirt.
But I needed knives that I could destroy so I could make a knife sharpening jig. Before finding any knives I found this for a dollar less than a T-shirt. I make pizza every week. This is going to make that 7% easier. Hopefully another project will go according to plan and this will make it 90% easier.
Anyway, I needed this. I was thinking I was going to have to make one but now I get to skip that.

Lidl was selling pizza baking stuff for like 6€ where I live. Bought myself a huge pizza paddle
Be really funny if another cyclist went by the opposite way while also carrying one of these.
This would be the epic battle we all waited for!
Check my reply to cappuccino
Haha, just like that, yeah
Aldi had pizza things as well, but they didn’t get the shipment of dough boxes 8[
Dough boxes?
Well, plastic trays/boxes where you let the pizza dough and the yeast do its thing until it’s ready after 24-48 hours.
Not just a bowl covered with a kitchen cloth?
No. You place the individual pieces of dough in there for the second part of the resting and rising period, usually in the fridge for Neapolitan recipes. Then you just take them from the container and form your pies.
Yeah what I said. Makes no difference if you leave it covered like that. I have made 48h pizza like that several times
Do you make a bowl with dough for just one pizza?
For about 3 medium pizzas usually
On your bike? You should have used a van or an F150 to move that much cargo. /s
I felt like one of those medieval horse jousters with a lance.
If you saw someone else going the other way, similarly equipped and didn’t joust the other, I would be disapointed.
I would be as well
