Forty per cent of Belgian enterprises are unable to translate the legislation on the reintegration of long-term sick employees into practice. They indicate that providing suitable work within their organisation is virtually impossible. This was revealed on Thursday in the absenteeism survey conducted by the welfare and prevention service Mensura. Only twelve per cent of companies can present a comprehensive 'collective reintegration policy'.
