I have a long list of actions my university’s lawyers tell me will risk detention if I travel to USA. Their top layer of advice is to ignore rights and laws because Border Agents will do that. Do not cross by car Do not cross with a burner phone Do not cross without a phone Do not cross with a wiped phone
