Some managers are lazy as fuck and couldn’t be fucked to peak in the stock room and see what’s running low so they just order whatever is recommended. So, if it feels like they don’t get in your favorite drink as often as you’d like but are drowning in cases of the newest drink nobody wants, it’s not just your imagination.
