In case there was any doubt, the lawsuit is challenging yet another example of Republican gerrymandering.

Republican state lawmakers last year approved a new map that’s designed to give them one more GOP House seat. In response, opponents filed petitions to prevent the map from being used until a referendum can be held in November to determine whether voters want to allow it to go into effect.
Maga has to cheat to win, as far as they care, if they were able to cheat, then its their right to take it.
