Belgium’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) fell by 21.4 per cent in 2025, dropping from 0.48 per cent to 0.37 per cent of the Gross National Income (GNI) over the course of a year, announced the ngo National Centre for Development Cooperation (CNCD-11.11.11) at a press conference on Thursday. This represents the most significant decrease recorded since 2001.
