The real wage growth (on top of inflation) in Belgium is expected to fall to just 0.89 per cent this year. Over 38 per cent of employees will receive no salary increase beyond the statutory indexation. This is revealed by the Hudson Reward Survey conducted by HR service provider Randstad, based on more than 375,000 salary packages and over 400 different roles across 1,121 organisations.
