Yeah, we can’t not do eugenics just because bad people did it before and made an awful system out of it that hurt many, many people. Clearly we can do it the right way, and this isn’t just the same argument that every horrible person makes to control who can reproduce.

You don’t cull people here, don’t seggregate them, it is already being done with embryo selection.
