Praise to Tomi the chef
That looks absolutely delicious
This guy is a wizard. I’ve been getting two lunches a day from him and no matter what style of dish, everything is prepared perfectly every time, casually, in about 5 minutes.
Two lunches a day? Are you a Hobbit? :o
I travel in the spirit of Bilbo or Frodo,
I generally only eat once a day, so when I eat, I eat it al at one time.
Check out my favorite Salchipapa place! geo:-12.0867783,-77.0423738?z=19.0&q=-12.0867783,-77.0423738(Mi%20Carcochita) https://comaps.at/8OOmlvnN5h/Mi_Carcochita
There’s a restaurant on the corner, but the food truck across the street is where I go.
Nice, food truck’s are where it’s at!
I don’t like the hot dog salchipapas though,is this more like real sausage or the chorizos?
They do both
Nice, thanks! I’m walking around now, I’ll see if their truck’s open on Sundays
Awesome. Hope you like it. I’ve always gone to the stall/truck instead of the restaurant.
My favorite Chife place is Chifa Taiwan in Jesus Maria. geo:-12.0727816,-77.0486901?z=19.0&q=-12.0727816,-77.0486901(Chifa%20Taiwan) https://comaps.at/8OOmnMW2-W/Chifa_Taiwan
I’m full of chifa at this point, but i am curious now about Taiwan chifa.
Are the ingredients different than common chaufa or is it just better?
I think it’s just a name, but I’m not sure!
What restaurant is that?
No name, the chef is Tomi at the stall furthest back in Market Pastor, next door to Market Bolivar.
Bolivar has a lot of restaurants, and they’re all middling. Tomi is the only diner in Pastor and he is reallly good. Me and the same 5 old people go there every day for lunch except Sundays when Tomi needs a breather.
