I got a headache everyday it is always caused by allergies. Usually it is barely noticeable, but sometimes it gets painful.
I was wondering if anyone else is on the same boat and if anyone got a fix for this.

Obviously everyone is different, but I used to when I was younger and I struggled with allergies. My advice is use a generic non-drowsy allergy pill, Loratidine, and prioritize hydration. This means not just drinking a lot of water, but getting electrolytes too. Multivitamins have some, I also make a pinch of salt with lemon juice in water drink I have once or twice a day to help. There are electrolyte products out there, but they tend to be overpriced.
Like another poster said, get an N95 mask and get the app that shows you the air quality in your area and mask up accordingly, air quality is a hugely overlooked concept in health, especially since the pandemic, which is ironic.
