An easier question: who hasn’t he betrayed? He often turns on his own appointees. I don’t even know what his positions are supposed to be on most issues, other than perhaps self-interested.

I can’t say that I was the least bit surprised.

His old friends have said all he cared about was attention, TV ratings and being the focus point of everything. Also that Riley person has said he liked to destroy people, literally.

Good point. I suppose that’s what happened to Epstein. It seems they were extremely close and shared the same values.

The… man who lies with every breath? The fucking Wikipedia page about his lies can’t keep up and is being debated splitting into multiple articles due to length guidelines!

Trump never follows through on his promises especially if that promise is for anything pro-social. He occasionally follows through on his anti-social promises. Shouldn’t the whole world know this by now?

I wonder if they thought trump would come to help them “for real” because the only way the orange turd would show on tv for them was as a shitty d-movie villain, which, when you live in a state with censorship, might lead you to think “The regime wouldn’t spend so much time painting him in a bad light if he wasn’t a good guy!”

I have an Iranian coworker, who was really optimistic that this time would be different. I tried my best to politely say that while there’s a chance something could happen, the USA isn’t really about freedom/liberty even on the surface anymore, and that even if the regime did get toppled it would potentially end really poorly for people given the tone of the international “western” community these days (Israel and the States would likely pillage the hell out of Iran if given a chance, and they wouldnt’ give a damn about the people).

    Sad.
