I am trying to find more way to chill. I currently play video games, watch videos, and occasionally watch tv.
I like to daydream while hiking in the woods. 😎
… I just realized I haven’t done that for a while. Might be why I’m so stressed recently.
I was in the Boy Scouts until I was 18. I know the joys are being the woods. I have not been in the woods since then. I have been busy going to college and then postgraduate.

Am I allowed to say smoke weed?
Not really an activity in itself, but I do find that playing “lo-fi” music makes anything that I’m doing at that moment feel very chill. Whether it’s folding laundry or cleaning, taking notes after meetings, playing video games, whatever.
It’s a bit obvious that chill music gives a chill vibe, but I didn’t really realise how big of a difference it makes.
Funnily enough, I noticed the difference most when I was playing online competitive games, lol. Bad matches, terrible plays and angry comments from teammates, losses, etc. didn’t really affect my mood when I had the chill music on.
Knitting, crocheting, tablet weaving, embroidery… simple crafts like that are delightful and also useful. Can easily listen a podcast or radio while doing it, and sip some nice hot water or tea. Perfection. Other than that, just going out into nature is a great way to chill out.
Besides reading theory and geopolitics, I like to chill by reading cheesy Romance Webtoons, working at the farm and watching despair inducing soap opera with the family.
Watch hollywood USian slop movies and have a big laugh at how bad is the writing, thr racism, bigotry and the stupid propaganda.
Listen to music, watch TV shows, dance, have a bath, or taking a walk
Slay the spire or Harvestella, currently.
Listen to music. Manic Street Preachers are good for some class-conscious marxist music. At least their old stuff.
