26 days agoI suspect this has more to do with closing a loophole than going after Patreon and only Patreon.
People don’t have to subscribe through the app. and Patreon don’t have to offer that functionality in the App. Apple don’t have Patreon locked in to their platform.
it makes sesnse though. Anyone paying to see it is probably MAGA anyway, so of course they’re going to rate it highly.
i doubt very many non MAGA types have seen it, so there will be very few negative reviews for that reason alone.
