He also works for Charlie Kirk’s company because of course he does.

They actually do this joke in one of the newer Mickey Mouse cartoons.

I get what you’re trying to say, but I just wanted to point out that not every military job is boots on the ground killing people. They also have desk jobs and maintenance people and whatnot. Military bases employ a whole lot of people who will never see combat.

Active communities. Some of the comms for my interests technically exist, in that they get one post every third month that gets 2 upvotes. Despite everything, these communities are still thriving on Reddit. Yet for whatever reason, any attempt to replicate them here fails. Smh

I’ve seen foxes use the crosswalk, but never push the button. If the story stayed at “This animal is smart enough to know that it won’t get hit if it stays in the little white lines” then I probably wouldn’t have clocked it. Still, what a horrible, dishonest thing to do.

If Lemmy had the user base for it, I’d love to give up on Reddit entirely and not give them the satisfaction. Alas, if I want to see detailed write ups for strategies in a video game, I have to use it.

That’s not the point of what he’s saying. You’d be hard pressed to find any human experience that was had by exactly 1 person in history. He’s saying that this is more appealing than starting with “Let’s make looter shooter with co-op #58369158”.
