I use YouVersion. It has lots of different translations and has plans you can set up so you get daily reading in if you want.

Thanks. I didn’t realize one could use them out of the tube for that effect. I’ve only ever used either the pan watercolors or watered down the tube water colors. This opens up a whole new world on what can be done.

How did you get watercolor to make the texture of the blue red yellow and white sections? I get how to do that with acrylic but not watercolor.

Your brain stores different information different places. So read the information, hand write the information, say the information out loud, put the information in your own words, make it colorful, draw it, etc. Gives you more that one area to recall the information in your brain. Also, repetition. Don’t just store it once and hope you remember it.

I second the EMDR. Either that or TF-CBT. They are the flagship therapies for trauma and have real evidence they work.
