Well, being critical or suspicious of a person solely based on their people, sex or religion is one aspect of racism. If you are critical of people from Canada because they are statistically more prone to have accidents with wildlife and therefore you decline their insurance application you are contributing to systemic racism.

“Tolerance” would indicate, that the man is not prosecuted or receives a lighter sentence. This is not the case. These actions were explicitly NOT tolerated.
