Ugghh same. Expected to do well in school so why would they praise me for doing well? Expected to so well at extra curriculars so why praise? I stopped doing much.

I started a garden last year. I kept going this year. They suck ass and aren’t optimized or doing well. I still have tomatoes. I’ll still plant a garden next year.

I hated seeing it in high school, watching members of the team just sort of…melt before my eyes during my time in high school.

I have some but I also need more. I am growing basil inside and it’s doing well, maybe I’ll get to dry some later!

Having met a few volunteer firefighters, yeah. A lot think because they choose to do this difficult thing, we should be falling over ourselves. I’m thankful. I’m not going to fall over myself.

I have an identical twin. Or that the much shorter person next to me is…that identical twin lol. Yes twin is six inches shorter! We’re still identical! Turns out when you’re born 4lbs and 2lbs, the 2lb baby does not catch up in height and stuff!

My mother leashed me and twin if she had us solo. Which is like. Fair? How you going to deal with two little runners by yourself?

Of all the shit in my childhood, being on a leash did not affect me. So leash them kiddies up.

We got so much time off in November due to teacher student conferences, teacher days, and other fuckery we usually did go on vacation in fall.

One year we went to Disney and the boat guy asked where we were from and over half the boat said NJ, he asked if we were a group and we all laughed and said no. Cause we weren’t. We just all decided vacation instead of teacher learning days.

No fucking idea about the pain! Human bodies suck and are weeeeiiiiiird!

Hmm, okay! Maybe I can start mine sooner inside as well next year before planting outside. And plant them with a bit more shade!

They’d kill off the probiotic but not all of them so it’s better to eat your good yogurts still even when on an antibiotic. So said my gastroenterologist. Also it’ll help your gut flora bounce back quicker.

My jalapeños are growing upwards and show no signs of fruit so I’m…baffled by them. That looks delicious!

Most recently, hearing “Friday I’m in Love” when I stepped into the wawa was weird and disconcerting.
