The size of “a can” changes over the course of 40 something years. A lot of older recipes don’t include an actual measurement beyond “a can” or “a package”.

The “original” toll house cookie recipe printed on the bag of chocolate chips has like triple the amount of chocolate compared to the actual printed recipe in the Betty Crocker New Picture Cookbook, way back from the 60s

I mostly agree, but for some reason there are sauces/dips that are based in mayo that i actually like for some reason (Raising Canes sauce, russian dressing, etc). Mayo on its own is disgusting though.

They are well known for being just about the worst ISP imaginable. Not just for crappy network speeds in both ways, but actively hostile to the customer.

Disc drives (primarily blu ray now, DVD drives aren’t as useful) are very much so still in use. The USB ones are just slim sata drives in an enclosure.

I’m trying to track down a very specific one, myself, for a laptop that wont hold a standard slim drive due to a weird bezel. Literally cheaper to buy an entire laptop used off ebay that already has one than direct from HP.

1 a bezel on the top edge with the camera in it, instead of the screen going around and having to try to scroll to read the word the camera is covering

2 analog audio and an sd card slot

3 fingerprint reader on the back of the phone

4 removable battery
