TNR isn’t what I’d call the mainstream media. They’re pretty upfront about their ideological positions, unlike the New York Times or Washington Post or Reuters, which twist themselves into knots trying to be “neutral.”

Fucking duh.

I’d go a step further and say that this was intended to paint black folks as “nonworking” and lazy. Most likely a dogwhistle cooked up in the diseased brain of Stephen Miller.

I hope Iran waits until a couple months before the midterms to close the Strait. Nothing like sky-high oil prices to swing an election.
