  • you know you are already on the internet, you could do a google search and learn about these plug in balcony solar kits yourself. your browsers search bar is literally right there.

the point of these balcony solar kits isn’t to make fucking money, or to put electricity onto the grid. the point and how they work is your household appliances will use the electricity from the balcony solar first before going to the grid to get some when needed.

electricity is like water, it’s going to take the path of least resistance and go from high pressure to low pressure. pressure in this case is voltage. that should sound familiar if you paid any sort of attention in highschool. these balcony solar kits push just enough higher voltage out than the grid so your appliances like your fridge, lights, tv, etc are going to get the electricity from your balcony first. it’s only when your load is too much for the solar kit to provide (load as in the amount of appliances or devices wanting power) that it then takes from the grid. it’s at that point you are now being charged for electricity.

if your house is not using any electricity or using less than what your plug in solar balcony kit provides, yes it feeds that back into the grid. and if your agreement with your power company allows it, you can get credits towards grid use electricity, which is then used when you get power from the grid instead of being charged money. so really depending on your usage your ‘cost’ is the installation of the balcony solar kit.

and it’s that feeding back into the grid which is the dangerous part during a power outage. not for you, but for the power company crew who has to go work on the lines during either a scheduled power outage or an unscheduled one. if your balcony solar kit, or several from your neighbours is pushing electricity into the grid then crews can’t work on them because they are live. THAT’s why these kits have a kill switch and don’t work in a power outage, because you can’t stop the electricity from flowing from your home back into the grid, unless the grid is on.

the POINT of these balcony solar kits isn’t to keep the lights on during a power outage. it’s to lower your electricity bill. if you want to keep the lights on during a power outage then you get solar with a backup battery. it’s that simple. but these solar kits don’t come with a battery. that’s the point. they are much cheaper than a full solar off grid kit. and allow for people who are renting where they can’t install full solar. especially someone in say an apartment or a condo who want solar.

  • it was not. you look at anubus pal and then look at lucario and tell me that’s not a AI generated rip of off lucario, or Robinquill and Decidueye. Foxparks and Vulpix. Jet ragon and Latios/Latias. Orserk and Garchomp. too many pals are way to similar to be “original” designs. the fucking creators of palworld are huge supporters of AI, so of course they would use AI to generate pals and it jsut took pokemon designs.

but no no “nInTeNdo Is BaD” mindeset infested the stooges that love ‘pokemon with gunz’, i mean palword.

  • the itnernet wasn’t created by the US. it started as ARPNET, which yes was created in the US. but the internet that we know today wasn’t created in the US, the WORLD wide web was created in Switerland in 1989 by Sir Tim Berners-Lee while working at CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research). the world wide web, or the internet, uses a lot of the same protocols that ARPNET created. but ARPNET is not and was not world wide until Sir Tim used the same protocols to allow regular people to traverse ARPNET from around the world. the US built the underlying tech, but Sir Tim Berners-Lee and CERN built the internet on top.

claiming the US created the internet is false, just like saying Thomas Edison invented the light bulb. when Edison bought the patent from two Canadians named Henry Woodward (a medical student) and Mathew Evans (a hotel keeper) from Toronto Ontario, who actually invented the incandescent light bulb 5 years (1874) before edison bought the patent. Henry and Mathew only sold the canadian and US patents in 1879 to edison because they lacked the funds and could not find any investors to manufacture them. at best what edison did was improved the filament inside so they lasted longer. but buying a patent is not the same as inventing it.

just more failure of the US education system.

  • then you know what happens if they raise prices? exactly what’s happening now post-pandemic and dumpy trumps illegal tariffs: less people go out to eat and the restaurants FAIL. if you can’t afford to pay your employees a fair wage, then your business doesn’t deserve to be in business.

i i wanted an appetizer id order one, i don’t need to person to upsell me food. i don’t need ANY worker to upsell me anything. upselling can also fuck off. i don’t need any worker to fucking work on commission, that shit can also fuck off. all these shitty tactics to get workers to needlessly sell their souls to squeeze more money out of hard working people can fuck right off. I’m sick of it. NO. pay your workers fairly, stop fucking around with peoples lives, sell a GOOD product, and you’ll make the money you want.

stop with the deep throating these fucking billionaires excuses for legalized slavery.

  • who said anything giving shit to the servers? the solution to getting rid of tipping culture is to support unions, fair pay, and not going to restaurants that won’t pay their employees. the restaurant owners make it a you vs the server issue. if you don’t tip then the server blames you the customer instead of their boss, and you the customer are upset at the server for being guilted into tipping instead of being upset at the restaurant for not paying the server properly. the solution you can do right now? stop going to restaurants.

i didn’t fucking hire the server, why the hell am i responsible for their pay? i don’t tip the bank teller, or the retail worker.

  • guys the headphones aren’t supposed to be “headphones built into a phone”. they are more representative of speakers. cassette players, cd players, and MP3 players didn’t have built in speakers, you had to have headphones to listen to music. in no way am i advocating that anyone should listen to music or their shitty social media short videos, or have a phone call on speaker in public. im just saying you don’t need headphones anymore because phones have a built in speaker

(big boomboxes had big speakers yes but those were very cumbersome to carry around, i’m talking more Walkman’s)

but also i still have all those separate. i have a cell phone, a separate MP3/FLACC player, bluetooth headphones (which connect to both my phone and mp3 player), a smartwatch, an actual wallet, and a mirrorless camera.
