I’m not much on Lemmy myself, and I got similar flashbacks when hitting the “All” button. So I tweaked the communities I follow and tend to stick with Beehaw.

I still don’t post much. I’m prone to a quip here or there, or even a terse comment. But I lurk mostly, more mindful of not adding toxicity.

Therapy does help. I’m glad you’re starting it!
