Quite okay. I’m a bit tense because of a work appointment, but that’s okay. Tonight I’ve set myself a challenge: I’ve been wanting to go to a club meeting for a while, but I’m so scared of it. Today I finally want to make it again. I’ve made a plan and hope it works out!
No, I do not agree. People may have better and more fitting words to describe what they suffer. It’s not for me to judge.
Doing it daily,sometimes just a few words, sometimes longer reflections. It helps me sorting my feelings and seeing progress. It also helps to remember certain things from the past. I tested several apps and stick to the Dayone App that works on desktop and phone.
