They told me to just fix my sleep schedule lmfao…
But yea like in 2 weeks I’m finally seeing an actual psychaitrist… (and not just a PCP or those talk therapy people) like I really need anti-anxiety meds and antidepressants prescribed by a specialist…
Advice like this is the worst. Technically on point, but in the same time missing it by a few orders of magnitude. It’s like telling a depressed person to „take a walk, get some fresh air, do sports“. They know it would help, they just can’t do it alone.
