My freezer melted. Compresser blew, easy fix, but I lost a fair amount of food including some ice cream and BBQ I’ve put some good work into. A thaw is a thaw tho and you only fuck around with food safety in times of desparation. I can smoke more meat. I can’t make more ice cream right now, but that’s a problem for tomorrow’s me.

I have to keep reminding myself it’s only money. I very much don’t want to be buying a new freezer of food right now. Just, food is how I show people my love and it feels like I lost love.
