We’re taking these actually profitable licenses, where the amount of money they make is still underperforming so long as I can imagine a bigger number, and spinning off a completely new and separate and debt-free company which maybe has the same executives as the old company - leaving the rest of Embracer’s high-quality portfolio in the safety of the Oily Rags Building with the crisp new insurance policy.
