I grew up in the vicinity of DC, and yeah, gnats and mosquitoes and those flies that bite can be such a huge PITA when doing anything outside for much time in the summer.
You can spray something like OFF all over and it’s only the most mild of deterrents.
Maybe the White House can complete the total white trash vibes and get some of those bug zappers and put them all over the place. Only thing missing would be a few dogs tied up outside and some cars on blocks.
