Him being a tattooed Mexican isn’t as concerning as him most likely being a fellow addict who may or may not be using her status and illness/death to get some money for drugs.

He could be genuine and genuinely wanted her to have comfort during her last days.
I was skeptical because of how he used her traumatic past and her illness to get money while having the main pic on the fundraiser be a big picture of him and her kissing, with most of her face pushed out of the frame.
It just struck me as super friggin bizarre choices and reading about what her former manager said about this guy, it seems to confirm my gut feeling.
But him being Mexican doesn’t matter at all. Addicts are addicts. He might even be a great person who’s become an opportunist due to his own addictions. It’s a rough world when you’re an addict. Empathy and human connection takes a backseat to addiction at every step.

He was her Skid Row buddy. When people end up there, they are just steps away from ending up in the dumpster, literally and figuratively.
And what part of that had anything to do with her boyfriend being Mexican? Why did you bring that up? Why was that so important to you to fixate on?
You need to get over that word. I said that word once and you can’t get over it. Get over it.
I wouldn’t have to repeat my question if you didn’t keep dodging and downplaying how weird that comment was.
