There’s plenty of guides out there to help you set one up, and you can be more confident with what’s running on your system. Could be worth a shot if you’re having trouble locating a VPN you like.

While not a recommendation as I can’t be sure of every CEOs takes and how they align to your values, I’d recommend giving VPS’s a look.
