Nintendo also doesn’t do mass layoffs. Nintendo provides lifetime employment. Hence why they have released high quality games for decades, because the new generation of devs gets the time to grow and the old generation stays to pass down their knowledge to the next generation.

Nintendo makes good AA and AAA games just like they did decades ago.
They don’t believe in discounts or quality analog sticks but their game design is still solid.
