“A motive is not clear at this time.” — uh yea why would anyone want to pop shots at ice? /s
Good news there though, the shooter didn’t need a warrant either.
Ice, ICE, baby?
At this point I can’t tell if he’s a good guy with a gun or a bad guy with a gun.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, the suspect opened fire at the entrance of the federal government building, and border patrol agents and local police “helped neutralize the shooter.”
The euphemisms are bizarre.
When they commit genocide they’ll call it population-level neutralisation.
“He had a camera and was shooting everyone in sight! We had to neutralize him as he as dressed like a Vuarnet ad from the 90s!”
The city of McAllen identified the suspect as Ryan Louis Mosqueda. His last known address was in Michigan, and he is about 27 years old, McAllen Police Chief Victor Rodriguez said at a news briefing Monday afternoon.
Rodriguez was unable to respond to further questions from reporters because ICE agents tackled and detained him moments after he introduced himself. Okay, I made that up, but that’s what I expected to read. I’m honestly surprised it didn’t play out this way.
