Part of American propaganda is we don’t talk about our incredibly dire water situation. If you don’t live in a place that has a direct issue, like Flint, you don’t know that the water supply is balanced on a knife edge, or that the infrastructure is crumbling and making the drinkable water we do have unsafe. Or about how many aquifers get fouled by the oil industry.
