Immigration “judges” are not judges and shouldn’t be called such.
For those that don’t know, immigration courts are part of the Executive branch, not the Judicial. You do not need to be a lawyer, pass the bar, or even have any specific education to be an immigration “judge”.
There goes Religious Freedom out of the window 🪂🫳🎤
Islam has more than a few… Questionable practices and beliefs by any western standards, not even from a religious point of view.
I guess it turns into, at what point “religious freedom” turns into oppression and violence.
The only freedom you had was to be Christian, straight, and white…
But only the right sort of Christian. None of that liberation theology.
And then you’re free to work until you die, so long as you create more meat for the grinder
