I respect their goals, but the photographer entering the photo into a contest and painting a target on this family without their knowledge or consent is reprehensible.
Everything didn’t happen at once. There was a lot of denial and “that’s just hearsay” at the time. Just like today. No different than someone thinking they’re poking fun at Trumps regime. Still a lot of “they could never”, “that won’t happen”, “they can’t actually do that” talk.
