Senate Democrats overwhelmingly reject restricting US arms sales to Israel (for the second time)
A Jewish Senator sponsored the resolution to block further weapons sales, so at least some people are able to separate the Jewish religion from the Israeli government.
That same Jewish senator keeps repeating the Hasbara bullshit that Israel has a right to exist and defend itself. He’s doing the work on behalf of AIPAC without the check.
The internet’s opinion of Israel is changing, not sure how much is actually changing in the real world. The last election should have been a wakeup call to a lot of folks that the opinions they hear in their online echo chambers don’t match the opinions of the general public. The average voter is uniformed and doesn’t follow the news.
