    I’m honestly curious when people are gonna start actually ambushing and executing these ICEcubes, because they’re making it pretty obvious that they’re clear and present dangers to civil society, and generally enemies of perfectly normal and fully law abiding citizens (not to mention the vast majority of absolutely harmless undocumented immigrants that are being targeted as scapegoats).

      Well if people start executing ICE I’m not going to say anything about it.

      It’s like how you aren’t legally required to render aid in California. If I saw a wrecked car with a maga bumper sticker, then I didn’t see a wrecked car ;)

        I want their factional fascist ideology to go away too, but if this is sincere, then the red-hat-blue-hat hate politics of MAGA has already won. And that’s sad indeed.

        Edit: Getting labeled and flamed for advocating against the hypothetical of letting a random human being burn to death solely based on “bumper sticker” as justification. This world is friggin wild. Lol

        Edit 2: Sorry I didn’t realize “Let’s not prime ourselves to knee-jerk dehumanize human beings based on flippant things like bumper stickers” was such a controversial take. I’m not “both sidesing”. Their side is clearly horrible and we’re supposed to be better than that.

        Maybe I was foolish to let an appeal to human empathy interrupt a good old-fashioned edgy keyboard jihad.

          It’s fucked up how you didn’t call me names and run, you weren’t a conversational dead end; all you did was disagree and explain your reasoning… and people respond by downvoting. “You’ve been deducted 6 social credit for not hating MAGA enough.” But at least the points don’t matter yet.

            It is a bit sad and scary how the popular first reaction is to silence and attack any possible counterpoints rather than reason, even within a large sphere of general agreement.
