What is this even alleging, that the assassination attempt was faked? That it was real but he didn’t have a legitimate wound?
He had a small cut probably from shrapnel. Cuts on the head bleed a lot.
One notable Theory, that seems quite plausible, is the cut came from when he was pushed down and his ear might have caught on something on the Secret Service agents belt.

There’s so many weird things about the event, like for example you can see many people filming him from other side and no single video of that being released. I mean if you were one of those people on such event, wouldn’t you want to share it?
There’s a video showing person from his campaign guiding reports to a spot to take a picture, the flag being lowered to get in the frame.
And this whole even happened when his numbers were tanking also when media started talking about project 2025.
Depends on how much shrapnel hit his ear, what angle, etc… Shrapnel would hit with less force than the bullet would. You know, that whole conservation of energy thing in physics.

The attack was real, the injury itself was overblown for the spectacle and “heroism” of it. It was a very minor injury that bled a lot because there are a lot of veins on the head and ears.
Also whether or not he was actually grazed by the bullet or by shrapnel from a bullet hitting the teleprompter is questionable. It really doesn’t even matter either way as he was injured while being shot at, so what difference does it make what exactly hit him? But he got big mad at someone suggesting that they weren’t sure, that he somehow knew it was a bullet, like he knew better, like he saw the bullet or something, which is moronic. So I like to bring that up.

This isn’t alleging the shooting was staged, but the injury. And since there’s no medical record of the injury, nor visual record of the injury, and the injury disappeared in a matter of days well let’s just say there’s a lot to that theory.

I think he was tapped by some Intelligence Services You’ve Heard Of™ and that the “list” is a list of videos showing which high-ranking official was committing statutory rape and/or other.
My guess is he was playing one side against the other and none of them want their involvement exposed. Each of them have “spoken” to trump to ensure he plays along (which, $20,000 and a gold plated award and he’s onboard, he’s corrupt and cheap).
