Please tell me that this is a secret plot by Amtrak officials to increase their ridership and bring high-speed rail across the US? Because if it is, I’ll 100% support it!
If this proves to be profitable, you know that the other airlines will do it.
Emulators. Are. Legal.
This was settled with the Sony/Bleem debacle. Bleem only provided the software by which one could emulate PSX games but never the ISO files themselves. Those files could only be provided by the end user regardless of how they obtained them. Sony, of course, couldn’t give less of a shit and sued them anyways. Judges, however, took Bleem’s side on the basis that no copyright infringement had been committed on their behalf. Although Bleem would ultimately win ever lawsuit brought against them, the sheer size of the legal costs led to their closure which makes you wonder if that was Sony’s endgame the whole time.
Here’s a video by Nerrel about the legality of emulation. It’s from 2020 but it is still relevant.

Finally, an OS worthy of my “alternatively sourced” content library!
Yet another CEO out of touch with the user base of his platform. Mr. Baszucki, 30 year old uncles have been using Roblox for… “age-gap fantasies” since day one.
Hey, Republicans, what happened with that “groomer” panic you guys were harping about not too long ago?
You could also point the similarities between ICE and the Gestapo and compare RFK Jr’s proposed “autism directory” to Aktion T4.

They are many types of podcasts. Just got to find one that fits your interests and captures your attention.
First, the way he turns to his co-hosts and says “The Blacks.” Cringe.
Second, the historical trajectory of the N-word and ‘Nazi’ aren’t even comparable. The N-word was used by an oppressive, ruling class to demean and dehumanized their subjects (i.e. black people, both freed and enslaved). It’s later reclamation from the black community was a subversion of that oppression.
‘Nazi’ (from Nationalsozialismus), on the the hand, was a term of identification for adherents of an abhorrent ideology. It’s how said adherents identified each other. With their defeat in WW2, ‘Nazi’ (along with ‘Fascist’) became a taboo descriptor; a descriptor of a racist loser. Neo-Nazis have attempted to re-evaluate the term but any sane and rational person can see right through them.
If you had any doubts that Fox News was the mouthpiece for American Fascism, this clip provide sufficient evidence.

I’m probably going to get downvoted to hell but I have to ask: Can someone please explain? I’m perpetually trying to expand my knowledge on the technical side of Linux.
It’s a neat concept. The distro-agnostic aspect is definitely a plus for some people but I still distro-specific installation methods. The only time I would seek out the Flatpak version of a particular software is when it’s the only version available.
A shame really since their stories kick-started the entire Marvel Comics mythos. The Skrulls, Black Panther, Galactus, Silver Surfer, and, of course, Doctor Doom all originated in the pages of FF comics. Yet, as time went, they were overshadowed by later creations. There were only two notable eras of FF comics: the original Kirby/Lee run and the John Byrne era. The only other notable FF stories were some crossovers with the Chris Claremont era X-men comics.
