Trump legal team claims the BBC is ‘abusing the deposition process’ as broadcaster fights a $10 billion lawsuit
Donald Trump has accused the BBC of trying to harass his family after the broadcaster sought to subpoena members of his family to challenge his $10 billion defamation lawsuit.
The president is suing the BBC for defamation over a Panorama episode that spliced together two parts of a speech he gave ahead of the Capitol riots in 2021.
Lawyers have requested a U.S. court order Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr, his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner to give documents and testimony in relation to the case.
Worst that will happen is a fine that never gets paid. I’m willing to bet that the BBC will PAY Trump money at the end of this because there isn’t anyone in the world, with power, that can say no to an elderly, mentally deficienct, traitorous, make-up wearing, pedophile

The BBC are not going to capitulate because if they were going to do that they’d have done so already, they’ve got old trumpelskin on the ropes, why would they give in now? They’re making him look like the brainless idiot that of course he is.
