How does one get a job at a private school with insane tuition and an extremely low acceptance rate, the kind of school that Vanderbilts send their kids to, with no degree? Like yeah, private schools can hire whoever they want as teachers, but that’s the kind of place I would expect would want its teachers to have some kind of certifications?
