Nah, it’s fine to ask for help. I’ve helped several folks move, mostly trans discord acquaintances moving to less hostile states. I’m happy to help crowd fund a move. I’ll even help pack or clean the old place if needed. I just won’t carry heavy stuff up and down stairs.
My physical therapist tells me it’s not that my muscles are weak, it’s that my ligaments are made of boiled noodles that refuse to keep my joints in their proper place. I have a lifetime of unrecognized hypermobility to contend with. That damage to joints is cumulative. I’m not risking popping a joint out of place just to help someone move.

Can confirm. I play Rimworld. (Though, tbh, my worst habit is accumulating way too many animals. Like, pages worth of named or trained dogs and wolves, plus quail.)

I want an AI in my smart fridge that looks like my dead grandma but acts nicer and suggests I buy certain branded ingredients to make her famous corn bread casserole pie, which she never actually made IRL /s
We used to have a sandwich shop at my office that would do lox and veggies on a bagel for maybe $6. They also had an avocado bagel for $4. They were replaced by a Starbucks in a different building on campus and it’s not as good and more expensive.
Same. Sometimes I’ll add in a bagel with cream cheese and tomato.

How do you feel about one large pancake melded with two smaller pancakes, to make some sort of cartoonish mouse head shape?
I’ve been having good luck with Kimi K2 for CSS/bootstrap stuff, and boilerplate API calls (example: update x to y, pulling x and y from this .csv). I appreciate that it cites its sources because then I can go read more and hopefully become more self-reliant when looking up documentation.

We’re being led by officials who no longer [recognize] or [refuse to name] the enemy they’re inviting into our own backyard.
And I’m thinking “wait, which is it? Are you upset the officials no longer recognize the enemy or because they no longer refuse to name the enemy?”
I get what they’re trying to say, but it’s not clearly stated.

I’m in a disabilities chat group and we’re often surprised when we’re reminded that “0” is the “normal” level of pain you’re “supposed to have” day to day. Everyone’s baseline is different. Pain sucks. (Unsolicited fact: my back pain got much better after I started physical therapy for it. I’m glad my health insurance covered it. Next round of PT: my knees. Why they be like that? [it’s probably the EDS])
Show some respect! The Burger King has reigned for over 70 years (founded in 1954).
