What is the justification for pointing guns at people who are just minding their own business?

The normal police in USA is pretty bad, but ICE is literally using Gestapo methods, and wouldn’t be allowed in a civilized country.
I’m guessing the methods used by ICE aren’t legal in USA either, so why is nobody stopping them?What is the justification for pointing guns at people who are just minding their own business?
It’s a performance piece. ICE acts like this because they are pretending that they are actually the ones under threat. That they are really fighting to survive in a lawless land where every man’s hand is against them. The truth, of course, is that the main threat to anyone in the area is ICE itself, but they have to maintain the optics otherwise the media might wake up and realize that ICE’s main opposition in Portland are people dancing around in inflatable frog costumes.

People are stopping them all over the country. There’s just a shitload of these assholes flooding the streets right now because Trump is paying them loads of money we don’t have.
The problem is that they are not systematically being stopped from their illegal activities, and the real scandal is that the law is not stopping them.
USA has become so awful I feel bad just reading about it, I can’t imagine the hell it must be to live there? And probably even have neighbors that support this shit!
In Hillsboro, the teenagers who were stopped by ICE at the Dutch Bros Coffee told local police that it was the second time immigration agents had stopped them at gunpoint that morning.
Two hours earlier around 8:10 a.m. or 8:20 a.m., agents in a white truck and van stopped the teens’ black Mazda near Su Casa Super Mercado in Hillsboro. During the stop, the agents damaged the Mazda’s back bumper, the teenagers later told police.
“All right, let’s get some insurance info. Come on, we haven’t got all day. Yeah, I’m serious, my Dad is going to be hella pissed that you dented his bumper, and I better have your info, or I’M the one in trouble.”
They saw the sign and figured they’d find some illegals there.
