Unions can promise whatever they want, but it’s the union workers that vote.
Do the bare minimum? Teachers, don’t put in any time after school, if things don’t get graded then they don’t get graded.
That’s not how teachers think. They are dedicated first and foremost to the kids, not the parents, not the government, not the union. They won’t do things that hurt their students and no grading would definitely hurt, especially for those hoping to get into university.
No no they won’t. In typical fashion of the age they well bluster and that’s it.

Right, because other unions didn’t come out in support for Air Canada flight attendants to help them with their win.
Clearly labour leaders, especially ones that oversee over 170,000 union members, will do nothing and learn nothing from what was accomplished with Air Canada.
I don’t buy that one bit.
